We want you to love your new heirloom-quality dolls and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on all items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
